Eight NesoBus hydrogen buses, which will be delivered to PKM Katowice and PKM Tychy, will start transporting passengers on regular lines in the coming days. Powered by hydrogen, which is considered the future of fuel, these buses are hitting the streets of large cities and undergoing real operational tests. The purchase was 95% financed by NFOŚiGW funds, making it an example of how public funds can support the quality of public transport.

Polsat Plus Group has today implemented significant changes in its supervisory and management bodies. The aim is to strengthen ownership oversight, enhance effectiveness and management standards, and increase the role of management boards in the day-to-day operations of the Group’s companies. To fully realize the ambitions of the Group, its employees, and shareholders, it is necessary to complement the key governing bodies of the companies. This is an important step that opens a new chapter in the Group’s history and sets the direction for its further development.

In Q3 2025 Polsat Plus Group posted very good results of sales of its new offer of multi-play services. The number of customers using multi-play services increased to over 3 million. Polsat TV held the leading spot in audience share, while Polsat-Interia Group remained the no. 1 among online publishers. Polsat Plus Group completed the construction of its biggest wind power farm in Drzeżewo and generated 237 GWh of green energy from its own Renewable Energy Sources. Polsat Plus Group’s financial performance was in line with the market consensus.

Commercial launch of the 139 MW Drzeżewo unit coming soon

In Q2 2025 Polsat Plus Group demonstrated growing financial and operating performance. The Group’s revenues increased to PLN 3.6 billion, while the number of multi-play customers grew to more than 3 million. Polsat TV’s spring program schedule enjoyed high viewership. Polsat-Interia Group maintained its leading position among online publishers. The Group generated 314 GWh of green energy from its own RES and it acquired project financing in the amount of up to PLN 953 million for its Drzeżewo wind farm.

Polsat Plus Group has secured financing of up to nearly 953 million PLN for its largest wind farm in Drzeżewo with a capacity of 139 MW. With all 63 turbines now assembled and technical commissioning underway, the project is nearing completion. Test production has already begun from 51 turbines, while full commercial launch is planned for Q4 this year.

Polsat Plus Group and ZE PAK have produced and fed the first megawatt-hour of electricity into the grid from their wind farm in Drzeżewo, just 15 months and 6 days after breaking ground. The new wind farm will have a capacity of 139 MW, effectively doubling the companies’ installed wind power capacity. Full commercial operation is planned for the fourth quarter of this year.
