Eight NesoBus hydrogen buses, which will be delivered to PKM Katowice and PKM Tychy, will start transporting passengers on regular lines in the coming days. Powered by hydrogen, which is considered the future of fuel, these buses are hitting the streets of large cities and undergoing real operational tests. The purchase was 95% financed by NFOŚiGW funds, making it an example of how public funds can support the quality of public transport.
The Presidents of Katowice and Tychy emphasize that this is just the beginning: zero-emission transport that not only doesn't harm the environment but actively helps purify the air. Furthermore, pure distilled water is emitted from the exhaust pipes of the new buses.
