Polsat Plus Group has today implemented significant changes in its supervisory and management bodies. The aim is to strengthen ownership oversight, enhance effectiveness and management standards, and increase the role of management boards in the day-to-day operations of the Group’s companies. To fully realize the ambitions of the Group, its employees, and shareholders, it is necessary to complement the key governing bodies of the companies. This is an important step that opens a new chapter in the Group’s history and sets the direction for its further development.
The Group faces numerous challenges and opportunities across all areas of its business. Its goal is to reclaim its position as a champion of the Polish economy, create a modern organization leveraging the latest technologies, rapidly implement solutions based on artificial intelligence, and above all, reaffirm its credibility with financial markets and attractiveness to investors.
Grupa Polsat Plus will evolve towards a modern, flexible, and efficiently operating organization, led by new leaders.
Supervisory Boards – Appointments
To reinforce the ownership perspective, Aleksandra Żak, Tobias Solorz, and Piotr Żak join the Supervisory Boards of the Group’s companies as Vice-Chairpersons. Piotr Żak combines the roles of President of the Management Boards of Cyfrowy Polsat and Telewizja Polsat. Their presence in supervisory and management bodies is the best guarantee of realizing this perspective. They know the Group intimately and intend to use this experience to develop key areas of the Group’s companies.
Jarosław Grzesiak also joins the Supervisory Boards, and together with Tomasz Szeląg, serves as a Member of the Board of TiVi Foundation. Tomasz Szeląg has been associated with the Group for over 17 years in finance and broad ownership oversight, actively participating in all strategic initiatives of Grupa Polsat Plus in recent years and serving as a Supervisory Board Member of most Group companies. Jarosław Grzesiak is a strategic advisor and one of Poland’s leading lawyers, with extensive experience in corporate transactions, capital markets, and ownership oversight. From 2021 to 2024, he was Chief Executive Advisor at Grupa Polsat Plus and ZE PAK Group, as well as a Supervisory Board Member of companies in these groups, responsible for key strategic projects.
To ensure the achievement of the Group’s long-term strategic goals, the supervisory bodies are being complemented by market experts with many years of experience in key areas for the Group’s further development. Therefore, Marta Poślad and Piotr Muszyński join the Supervisory Board of Cyfrowy Polsat.
Marta Poślad is a manager and expert in public policy and digital transformation. She has worked at Google for 14 years and, since January 2025, has served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Poland. Her knowledge and experience related to the operations, organizational culture, and best management practices of American companies and the technology business will be an important factor in overseeing the Group’s transformation. Piotr Muszyński, a manager and telecommunications market expert with many years of success in managing and transforming large organizations, also joins the Supervisory Boards of Cyfrowy Polsat, Polkomtel, and Netia. He will support the Group’s development with his knowledge and experience in telecommunications.
Supervisory Boards – Departures
Among the changes implemented are also those marking the end of the mission for certain Supervisory Board Members. Józef Birka is leaving the Supervisory Boards of Cyfrowy Polsat, Polkomtel, and Telewizja Polsat—having resigned from these functions, he remains with the Group as an advisor. Similarly, Nina Terentiew is leaving the Supervisory Board of Telewizja Polsat but will continue in an advisory role within the Group.
Aleksander Myszka is departing from the Supervisory Boards of Netia and Polkomtel, having been associated with the Group since its inception. Wojciech Pytel is leaving the Supervisory Boards of Polkomtel and Netia. Maciej Stec is stepping down from the Supervisory Board of Telewizja Polsat to focus on his role as President of the Management Board of Polkomtel.
Management Boards – Appointments
As previously announced, the new President of the Management Board of Grupa Polsat Plus is Piotr Żak, who combines the presidency of Cyfrowy Polsat and Telewizja Polsat. Maciej Stec has become President of Polkomtel, and Andrzej Abramczuk is President of Netia.
New changes include the appointment of Bartłomiej Drywa to the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat. Bartłomiej has been associated with the Group for over 15 years. Since March 2025, he has served as Managing Director, responsible for Investor Relations, ESG, and Compliance at Cyfrowy Polsat and ZE PAK.
Andrzej Abramczuk has been appointed as a Member of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat and Vice-President of the Management Board of Polkomtel. He will combine these functions with his role as President of Netia.
Katarzyna Wyszomirska-Wierczewska has been appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of Polkomtel. She has been associated with the Group for over 25 years and currently serves as a Member of the Management Board of Telewizja Polsat and Director of Marketing Communications at Grupa Polsat Plus. She will combine all these functions.
Management Boards – Departures
Wiesław Walendziak is ending his tenure as a Member of the Management Board of Telewizja Polsat, where he was responsible for news and current affairs. Responsibility for this area will be taken over by Piotr Żak, President of the Management Board. Michał Sobolewski has concluded his work at Polkomtel.
