Polsat Plus Group’s performance in Q2 2024. Substantial growth of Plus’s and Netia’s fixed-line Internet access service coverage, very good programming offer of TV Polsat, technical launch of another wind farm

In Q2 2024 Polsat Plus Group increased the coverage footprint of the fixed-line Internet access service offered by Plus and Netia to more than 10 million households with nearly 23 million people. Also as many as 23 million people live within the coverage area of Plus’s 5G service, while the 5G Ultra service, offering data speeds of up to 1 Gbps, is available to 6 million people. TV Polsat spring programming schedule enjoyed high audience share while Polsat-Interia Group continued to be the leader in the mobile category.

The first hydrogen refueling station under the NESO brand in Gdansk has been launched

The publicly accessible hydrogen refueling station commissioned today is the first in Gdansk, and the third NESO station in our country, built and launched by Polsat Plus Group and ZE PAK Group. Buses, cars and hydrogen trucks will be able to refuel at the station. Already, the first of 10 NesoBuses produced by Polsat Plus Group and ZE PAK Group for the city of Gdansk will be refueled at the station. The ultra-ecological hydrogen buses will join the fleet of eco-friendly vehicles of Gdansk Buses and Trams.

Cyfrowy Polsat Group sums up its performance in Q1 2024

In Q1 2024 Polsat Plus Group expanded the Plus network 5G coverage to reach 23 million people, while the 5G Ultra technology, with data speeds of up to 1 Gbps, reaches 6 million people. Fiber-optic connections reach 13 million people. TV Polsat spring programming enjoyed high audiences share while Polsat-Interia Group was once again the no. 1 Internet publisher in April. Technological start-up of the Group’s third wind farm, located in Człuchów, is in process.

Polsat Plus Group sums up its performance in Q2 2023 – 5G Ultra solution offering data transfer rates of up to 1 Gbps, new broadcasting rights to sports events, wind farm tests

In Q2 2023 Polsat Plus Group presented new proposals in each segment of its operations: it launched the 5G Ultra solution with data transfer rates of up to 1 Gbps, it acquired naEKRANIE.pl portal as well as three TV 4FUN channels. It has also extended contract for broadcasting rights to European volleyball cup matches as well as acquired the rights to ORLEN Superliga and ORLEN Superliga Kobiet men’s and women’s handball league matches, while also starting trial electricity production from its first wind farms.

Termination of cooperation between Cyfrowy Polsat and Moody's Investors Service

Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. announces that it decided not to prolong the agreement and to terminate its cooperation with Moody's Investors Service rating agency. Accordingly, Moody's has withdrawn the corporate rating assigned to the company.

The last rating assigned to the company by Moody's on October 5, 2022 was a long-term rating of "Ba3" with a negative outlook.

Credit facilities agreement between Polsat Plus Group and a consortium of financial institutions

Polsat Plus Group concluded a Senior Facilities Agreement with a consortium of Polish and foreign financial institutions which will be utilized for investment projects, the repayment in full of the indebtedness under the previous credit facilities and the financing of general corporate needs.  The agreements concluded are linked with sustainable development goals pursued by Polsat Plus Group through environmental, social and corporate governance activities. The credit facilities will be in zlotys and euros, with a final repayment date of 2028.
