As part of the implementation of the decision of the Management Board and Supervisory Board of April 15, 2021, communicated in the current report 8/2021, Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. issued an invitation to submit offers for the sale of shares addressed to all shareholders of Netia S.A.
The best and the fastest 5G network in Poland, operated by Plus, already covers a territory inhabited by 12 million people. Plus’s 5G network, which operates using the 2600 MHz TDD frequency band, is now present in over 160 towns and places in all 16 provinces. Dynamic network roll out will continue across Poland.
In March 2021 Polsat-Interia Group’s Internet services were accessed by 20.5 million real users who generated nearly 2 billion page views. It has been the best result in Interia’s history.
Thus Interia has consolidated its position among Internet groups, with the monthly number of real users exceeding 20 million. At present it is only the Internet giants, such as Google, Youtube, Allegro, Wirtualna Polska, RAS Polska, Facebook, and Polsat-Interia, who can boast of such a result.

Polsat Group decided to sell a controlling stake in Polkomtel Infrastruktura to Cellnex Telecom for ca. PLN 7.1 bn. The transaction is expected to be concluded by the end of October 2021, subject to the fulfilment of the agreed conditions precedent
As has been indicated by a Mediapanel survey, Polsat-Interia Group’s web services were accessed by 20.1 million real users in January 2021. The gaps to RASP Group and to Wirtualna Polska are now a mere 1.49 million and 1.64 million real users, respectively.
Only seven Internet players in Poland can boast of real user figures exceeding 20 million monthly. These are: Google, YouTube, RASP, Wirtualna Polska, Facebook, Allegro and, from this January, also Interia.
Football fans in Poland will continue to enjoy Spanish football on ELEVEN SPORTS and CANAL+. The broadcasters have acquired exclusive rights to broadcast LaLiga Santander matches for the seasons 2021/22 – 2025/26.
