Apart from Trigon Investment Banking Sp. z o.o. & Wspólnicy Sp.k. which will perform a role of the leading transaction and financial advisor and Greenberg Traurig Grzesiak sp.k. which will be the legal advisor, the project team will be joined by: BNP Paribas SA Polish Branch, Santander Bank Polska SA and ING Bank N.V. London branch in their roles of financial advisors.

Plus leads in mobile number portability in the third quarter of 2020

For the seventh quarter in a row Plus has maintained the leader spot in mobile number porting among the four biggest infrastructural operators According to the latest report published by the Office of Electronic Communications, (in Q3 2020 the operator once again posted the best MNP balance while at the same time giving away the smallest number of MSISDNs among the four biggest telecoms. Premium Mobile achieved the best result among the virtual network operators.

30 million zloty donated by Zygmunt Solorz and Polsat Group to fight the coronavirus pandemics

Zygmunt Solorz and Polsat Group have donated in excess of PLN 30 million in total so far for supporting the society and the health care institutions in their struggle against the coronavirus pandemics. The addressees of the aid included in particular hospitals, doctors, nurses, healthcare personnel as well as children from orphanages.

200 000 coronavirus tests donated to Polish citizens by Zygmunt Solorz and Polsat Group

Zygmunt Solorz and Polsat Group spent over PLN 16 million to buy 200 thousands tests confirming presence of coronavirus together with the necessary laboratory equipment. The tests will be donated to Polish citizens and provided to the Ministry of Health in order to improve the capability of testing, identifying and isolating the infected, and will be a key factor in fighting the coronavirus epidemic in Poland.
