Cyfrowy Polsat and Plus’s new media house

Following a tender, Cyfrowy Polsat and Plus selected a new media house, Vizeum Poland. Starting from January 2016 the new media house will be responsible for the media strategy, planning and purchase of media for the needs of the two companies’ advertising campaigns.

Vizeum Polska will be responsible for the comprehensive strategy of operation of the two companies in all media, both in the off-line media, namely TV, the press, radio, cinemas, outdoor, as well as in the on-line and social media.

Cyfrowy Polsat Group is refinancing its current indebtedness

Cyfrowy Polsat Group entered into a facility agreement with a consortium of Polish and foreign financial institutions comprising a term facility of up to PLN 11.5 billion and a revolving facility of up to PLN 1 billion, which, together with Series A unsecured bearer bonds with the total nominal value of PLN 1 billion, issued in July of this year, will be used to refinance the whole Group indebtedness.

Cyfrowy Polsat diversifies its sources of financing: corporate bond issue worth 1 billion zloty

Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. has successfully issued corporate unsecured series A bearer bonds having with the nominal value of PLN 1 billion. The bonds have been registered in the National Depository for Securities and will be listed in the ASO Catalyst Alternative Trading System.

Following the public offer, which commenced on July 2, 2015 and was addressed to at least 150 designated addressees, on July 10 the bonds were allocated to 52 investors who included numerous investment and pension funds as well as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Cyfrowy Polsat Group contemplates refinancing its current debt

Cyfrowy Polsat Capital Group is analyzing the possibility and potential terms of refinancing its current debt in order to simplify its structure, further optimize the terms and reduce the cost of its servicing.

In reference to investors’ inquiries as well as information published in the media, the company confirms that it has begun preliminary analyses of possibilities and potential terms of refinancing of the Capital Group’s current debt which amounts to PLN 13 bn.
