Polsat Plus Group Launches Electric Bus Manufacturing, with the First 9 Buses Destined for PKM Świerklaniec

Polsat Plus Group, which manufactures NesoBus hydrogen-powered city buses at its Świdnik plant through PAK-PCE Polish Hydrogen Bus, is now expanding its operations to include the production of electric buses. Its first order will be fulfilled for the Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis (Górnośląsko‑Zagłębiowska Metropolia, GZM). The company signed an agreement with GZM on August 21 for the delivery of nine vehicles to PKM Świerklaniec. Polsat Plus Group has previously delivered eight hydrogen buses to GZM.

Change in the CFO Position at Polsat Plus Group. Anna Miller-Pytlak appointed a new Management Board member responsible for Finance

On 24 July 2026, Katarzyna Ostap-Tomann submitted her resignation as Member of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat responsible for the finances of Polsat Plus Group, effective as of 31 July 2026. Her decision is related to pursuing further career opportunities outside Polsat Plus Group. Anna Miller-Pytlak, currently Deputy CFO and a member of the Polsat Plus Group team for the past 17 years, has been appointed as the new Management Board Member and Chief Financial Officer.

Final resolution of the succession dispute in the Polsat Plus Group

Polsat Plus Group has received a letter from its majority shareholder, the TiVi Foundation, informing it that the Constitutional Court of Liechtenstein has upheld the decision of the Court of Appeal issued in December 2025 concerning the dispute between Zygmunt Solorzand Tobias Solorz, Aleksandra Żak, and Piotr Żak.

Piotr Żak reappointed as President of the Management Board of the Polsat Plus Group for the next three years

Piotr Żak, by decision of the Council of TiVi Foundation – the main shareholder of Polsat Plus Group – has been reappointed as President of the Management Board of the entire Group. In Q1 2026 Polsat Plus Group posted very good results of sales of its new offer of multi-play services. Polsat TV extended the contract for broadcasting of UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League matches up until 2031. Polsat-Interia held the no. 1 spot among online publishers.
