Polsat Plus Group has received a letter from its majority shareholder – the TiVi Foundation – informing the Company of a final and binding judgment issued by the Court of Appeal in Liechtenstein, concluding the legal proceedings regarding the dispute between Zygmunt Solorz and Piotr Żak, Aleksandra Żak and Tobias Solorz.
According to the information provided, the Court of Appeal in Liechtenstein dismissed the appeal filed by Zygmunt Solorz and thereby upheld the position of Piotr Żak, Aleksandra Żak and Tobias Solorz. This means that the court dispute, ongoing since August 2024, is now definitively concluded.
"Polsat Plus Group welcomes the information on the final conclusion of the proceedings before the court in Liechtenstein. The final resolution of this case will allow the Group to focus on development as well as on the calm and consistent execution of its strategy," said Daniel Kaczorowski, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Polsat Plus Group.
