TV production and broadcasting
Our activities in television broadcasting and production mainly include the production, acquisition and broadcast of news, sports and entertainment programs, as well as series and feature films broadcast on television channels. Activities in this area are concentrated within the TV Polsat Group, the leading commercial broadcaster in the Polish television market.
Our portfolio consists of 43 channels, including our main channel POLSAT. In addition, there is a group of 5 cooperating channels, which are linked to the Polsat Plus Group by capital or through joint broadcasting ventures. The Group's channels are distributed both terrestrially through multiplexes (free of charge) and by cable and satellite (paid).
Through our Polsat Media advertising bureau, we also deal with the sale of advertising time and sponsorship bands in our own television channels and those owned by other broadcasters as part of our brokerage activities. Polsat Media also handles the sale of advertising space in our online media.
We are constantly investing in creating the most attractive entertainment, film or news content, while keeping a close eye on the sports rights and film licensing market. These activities are directed at maintaining high viewing figures for our channels, while building a profile of our viewers that is attractive from the perspective of advertisers. With the possible synergies within Poland's largest integrated media and telecommunications group in areas such as content acquisition, distribution, sales, and marketing, we are able to strengthen our position in the broadcasting and television production market.
Internet media
We are a leading player in the Internet media market. Interia.pl, which belongs to us, is one of the three largest horizontal portals in Poland, bringing together a number of thematic services. It provides individual users with a rich selection of top-quality news, entertainment, community and communication services. The Interia portal's portfolio includes about 20 thematic services dedicated to, among other things, sports and economic events, ecology and nature, technology, automotive, weather, education, health and fashion tips, music and film, as well as one of the first email services in the country, with about 2.6 million users per month.
The Interia Group also includes a number of off-domain thematic sites, including Pomponik.pl (an entertainment site), Smaker.pl (a cooking site) and Deccoria.pl (an interior and garden site). At the same time, we are among the top weather websites in Poland thanks to Pogoda.Interia.pl, which is one of the leaders in its category.
We are also developing Internet thematic portals that take advantage of the unique content produced by our TV channels and dedicated editorial teams. Among the portals we have built, the PolsatNews.pl and PolsatSport.pl portals play the most significant role. We are also developing PolsatBoxGo.pl - a TV Everywhere service offering access to streaming linear channels and a wide range of VOD content, also available as a mobile application and on Smart TV.
In 2023, the average monthly number of users of websites and Internet applications belonging to the Polsat-Interia Group reached 20.9 million, while the average monthly number of page views of websites and Internet applications reached in 1.9 billion1.
We are also active in the Polish Internet advertising market, offering modern marketing and promotional solutions.

Pay tv
We are the largest pay-TV provider in Poland. We provide our pay-TV services under the Polsat Box, Netia and Polsat Box Go brands. We provide our clients with access to more than 160 channels broadcast using the following technologies: satellite (DTH), Internet (IPTV and OTT) and terrestrial (in the DVB-T2 HEVC standard). In addition, we offer additional services focused on building customer value, such as the OTT platform Polsat Box Go, access to the Disney+ service, video on demand VOD/PPV, online entertainment and music services, catch-up TV service, Multiroom HD or pay channels with premium content.
Our programming strategy is to offer a broad portfolio of packages with channels for the whole family at competitive prices.
As of the end of 2023, we have provided a total of 4.9 million pay-TV services to B2C customers in both contract and prepaid models.
Also, as the only operator in Poland, we offer our customers high-quality decoders manufactured at our factory in Mielec. We are systematically developing successive generations as well as software for our decoders, improving their functionality to better respond to changing customer preferences and ways of consuming video content.

Video online
In addition to the basic and additional packages, our offer also provides access to the Polsat Box Go service and application, which offer content from the Group and third-party producers and broadcasters for a fee (including an extensive library of VOD content and more than 130 online channels). Polsat Box Go offers several hundred hours per month of live coverage of major national and international sports events, exclusively presented full seasons of the latest premium Polish series, the latest movies, news and entertainment programs, Ukrainian language channels and channels broadcast in 4K quality, as well as access to the Disney+ service in one of the packages.
Polsat Box Go provides users with content in one of two paid models. The first is access to a single piece of content, in which the customer pays a set amount for the opportunity to watch a specific material. The second model involves offering bundles of material and/or channels in exchange for a monthly fee.
Thanks to the polsatboxgo.pl website and dedicated applications, the resources of the Polsat Box Go service are available on a very wide portfolio of consumer devices.
Multiplay services
We provide integrated services, consisting primarily of pay-TV, Internet access and telecommunications services. In addition, we offer our customers the opportunity to purchase at attractive prices a range of other services that play an important role in households and businesses. Strategy 2023+, which we adopted in December 2021, involves further expanding our portfolio to include more services related to the production and sale at affordable prices of clean energy from low- and zero-carbon sources. The ability to offer a full range of integrated services is our significant competitive advantage in the Polish pay-TV market. At the same time, we are a telecommunications operator that offers integrated services including a rich pay-TV offering provided on the basis of our own assets and infrastructure, which provides us with greater pricing flexibility and more efficient operations in this highly competitive market.
