We are guided by clearly defined policies and codes that ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations. Our policies and codes cover a wide range of issues, from business ethics to environmental protection, ensuring the highest standards in every area of our business. We regularly update our policies to reflect changing legislation and market best practice.

The Code of Ethics is a set of fundamental principles that are important to our organisation. It defines the standards of conduct and principles of integrity, transparency and responsibility in our business activities. The Code of Ethics is a guide to conduct for our employees and colleagues in their relationships with customers, suppliers and business partners.
We do not accept any form of bribery or corruption. This principle is set out in our Anti-Corruption Policy, which we follow both internally and in our external relationships. The policy sets out our expectations and commitments to stakeholders and the actions we take to prevent, detect and eliminate corruption.
We are committed to avoiding human rights abuses and to countering the negative impact of our activities on these rights. Our human rights policy refers to universally recognised human rights, such as those contained in the International Bill of Human Rights or the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
