Information on the change of the share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.

In connection with current report no. 40/2021 dated 23 December 2021 regarding the acquisition by Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the “Company”) and the disposal by Embud 2 Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. with its registered office in Warsaw of a significant block of shares of the Company, the Management Board of the Company hereby discloses the notification issued pursuant to Article 69 Section 1 Item 2 in connection with Article 69b Section 1 Item 3 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and the conditions of introducing financial instruments to an organized system of trading and on public companies received by the Company on 31 December 2021.
