Plus is the first Polish mobile network to offer its customers access to medical and preventive consultations via a smartphone or tablet in the form of a video-consultation, chat or normal conversation. Falck Medycyna Sp. z o.o. is the medical partner of the solution.
The application “Ja+Zdrowie” (I+Health) ensures:
- 24-hour access to the family doctor,
- consultations with a nurse or midwife from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.,
- consultations of results of medical exams with a doctor,
- information on medical duty shifts, night and holiday medical assistance, pharmacies on duty,
- finding the shortest waiting list to a consultation or diagnostic tests within the National Health Fund.
The “Ja+Zdrowie” service is available in the “Ja+Abonament” (I+Subscription) offer and starting from September 14 it is available in chosen points of sale in the Mazovia, Silesia and Lesser Poland provinces. The cost of the service is PLN 9.99 monthly for current Plus subscribers and PLN 4.99 monthly under promotional terms for customers prolonging their agreement or concluding a new one.
