Adoption of the new strategy of Polsat Plus Group and the new dividend policy of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.

The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that on 20 December 2021 it adopted:

  • the new strategy of Polsat Plus Group, constituting attachment no. 1 to this current report (the “Strategy”), and
  • the new dividend policy of the Company, constituting attachment no. 2 to this current report (the “Dividend Policy”).

The Strategy and Dividend Policy were approved by the Supervisory Board of the Company on 20 December 2021
