As it did last year too, Cyfrowy Polsat outperformed several hundred companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange to take second place in the Puls Biznesu daily’s ‘Listed Company of the Year’ p y p y ranking, surpassed only by LPP S.A. of Gdańsk. This is the fourth time that Cyfrowy Polsat has taken the podium in this prestigious event.

Puls Biznesu quoted the analysts who emphasised that Cyfrowy Polsat is "…a stable, predictable Company that is able to rightly predict the course of changing market trends".

The Cyfrowy Polsat Group can again boast very strong financial performance for Q4 2012 and throughout. In the past quarter, the profits of both the Group and its two business q , p p segments increased, thanks to realisation of synergies, an effective cost policy and moderate growth of the platform.

‘Must be the Music’ has crushed its competition for the third time. Compared to its p p competition, ’X‐Factor’, the Polsat show has been watched by over 360,000 more viewers than the Saturday TVN show. Yesterday’s episode of ‘Must be the Music’ was watched by almost 4 million viewers.

The Cyfrowy Polsat Group was honoured with a coveted Orzeł Rzeczpospolitej award in the Best Services and Infrastructure Business category. As has become tradition, the award was presented to fast‐growth, top efficiency businesses on the Lista 500, a ranking of the largest Polish enterprises, put together by the Rzeczpospolita daily.

Polsat's Must be the Music is again the top‐rated talent show – last weekend it was watched by 1.5m more viewers than TVN’s Saturday rival, X Factor. Yesterday's episode of Must be the Music y , y p had an audience of 3,40,000. Now, after eight weeks on air, Must be the Music is the unquestionable leader of this season’s weekend talent shows, attracting an average viewership of 3.5m. The first semi‐final of Got to Dance also improved the show's ratings with an audience of 2,160,000 – almost 60,000 more than last week.

Recent results of Megapanel/PBI research for March 2013 record a significant increase in the number of users of ipla, placing the service on the first position among the audited VOD platforms. With the highest ever in its histroy result of 3.2 million real users, ipla outpaced the former leaders of this ranking.

Cyfrowy Polsat, in accordance with its strategy to provide complete multimedia products and services for the whole family, introduces changes to its brand communication, that include new slogan: „Twój Multimedialny Dom” ("Your Multimedia Home") and new icons. The offer of Cyfrowy Polsat has been enriched by a new set-top-box – PVR HD 7000 with a built-in hard drive and equipped with "record, stop, rewind" functions. It enables reception of channels in HD, and when connected to the Internet – also access to thousands of free audio-visual materials of the largest Polish Internet television – ipla. The device has been manufactured by Cyfrowy Polsat. This is the platform’s first in-house produced model that is equipped with an internal hard drive.

As we approach the next phase of the switch-off of analog television, Cyfrowy Polsat has prepared for customers an attractive ‘Great Deal’ within TV Mobilna service with DVB-T set-top box for PLN 1 and reduced subscription fee of PLN 9.90 for the package of additional channels as well as promotion for the DTH ‘Rodzinny HD’ package for PLN 14,90 and six months for free.
