Everywhere”, while striving to make sure that our services and products respond to the needs of each and every customer and are available at any time, on any device, regardless of the method of their delivery. We take care to provide unique content, both our own, proprietary as well as the content which is acquired from external providers, while recognizing that it is content that gives our operations a substantial competitive.

We support energy transition

Wind and solar energy, or the energy generated from biomass burning cease to be a thing from far away future, while photovoltaic solutions are no longer a fad but a necessity. That is why Polsat Plus Group has been consistently working to move away from coal and to enable people in Poland to enjoy cheap green energy. We produce clean, green energy from the sun, wind and biomass. Under NESO brand we introduced the first hydrogen refueling stations for cars and buses available to everyone. In Świdnik we opened a factory producing hydrogen buses NesoBus. And all of this is done while caring for the natural environment and while trying to avoid the energy crisis.

Safety – the DNA of our operations

To be able to confront contemporary threats to cybersecurity in an effective manner, we continuously manage our policies, standards and processes which are related to information security across the whole organization. To this end, we have implemented numerous rules and guidelines which are defined in our policies and procedures, and in particular in the Security Policy, the Information Security Policy, the Personal Data Security Policy, the ICT Security Policy. These documents include risk and incident management procedures.

Socially-engaged journalism

FThe foundations of our TV operations are the production, acquisition and broadcasting of news, sports, and entertainment programs as well as of TV series and feature films aired in our TV channels. We have several dozen thematic channels where everyone will find something to their taste. We are particularly proud of the fact that news and journalistic programs of Polsat and Polsat News are regarded by respondents as most trustworthy. We also try to help viewers, whenever possible. The programs called “Intervention” and “State within a State” is an example of socially responsible journalism.
Selected programs (among others, “Our new home”, “Your Face Sounds Familiar”, “Dancing with the Stars”, “Earth Festival. Stars for Clean Poland”) have also become the space for raising socially-important topics and overcoming stereotypes. Thanks to Telewizja Polsat we also promote sports and physical activities, and Polish viewers have the opportunity of watching the most important sports events.

For the people with disabilities

Our Super Polsat channel is the first channel in Poland and Europe with most of the programming adjusted to the needs of people with sight and/or hearing impairment. Plus, Polsat Box and Netia assure solutions – both architectural ones and service-related – which facilitate contact with our consultants in selected points of sale.
