With reference to the information disclosed in the current report no. 41/2014 of May 8, 2014, the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the Company), hereby announces that on May 13, 2014 it received a notification from the National Depository for Securities (the NDS) to the effect that 47,260,690 shares of the Company marked with ISIN code PLCFRPT00013 and 243,932,490 shares of the Company marked with ISIN code PLCFRPT00021 will be registered on May 14, 2014, pursuant to the resolution of the Management Board of the NDS no. 454/14 of May 7, 2014.
