The companies from Zygmunt Solorz’s Group join the action

The companies from Zygmunt Solorz’s Group, including Telewizja Polsat, Plus mobile network, Polsat Box platform, Netia and ZE PAK have joined the initiative “Polsat Foundation for the Children from Ukraine” and will donate 5 million zloty from the fundraising action which will be carried out by Polsat Foundation

ELEVEN SPORTS in Poland has secured live and exclusive coverage of the DFB-Pokal German Cup. The deal will run for four seasons from August this year until 2026.

Germany´s premier domestic cup competition brings together 64 teams each season, including all clubs from the Bundesliga and the 2. Bundesliga.  

Polsat Plus Group, whose founder and majority shareholder is Zygmunt Solorz, is expanding its multiplay strategy to include the production and sale of clean energy. As part of the Strategy 2023+, key segments – Connectivity under the Plus brand, Content under the Polsat brand - and a new segment – Clean Energy – will be developed.

As part of the implementation of the decision of the Management Board and Supervisory Board of 27 September 2021, communicated in the current report 22/2021, Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. has announced a tender offer for the sale of shares of the Company at PLN 35.00 per share.

Polsat Plus Group and Cellnex Telecom have finalized the transaction related to Polkomtel Infrastruktura. As a result, Cellnex Telecom has acquired a controlling stake in Polkomtel Infrastruktura.

ELEVEN SPORTS will continue to bring Serie A TIM LIVE and EXCLUSIVELY to fans in Poland until 2023/24, following the agreement of a new three year deal.   

The agreement was brokered by Infront, Serie A’s exclusive international media rights partner.
