Polsat-Interia Group No. 1 on mobile platform and in top thematic categories

For the past four months, Polsat-Interia Group has been the leader on the mobile platform among internet publishers in Poland. According to Mediapanel research (January), the Interia portal and Polsat services collectively engaged 19.91 million users (RU). They surpassed, among others, RAS Polska Group (19.75 million RU) and Wirtualna Polska Group (18.46 million RU). Polsat-Interia Group won the mobile category in 2024.

Cyfrowy Polsat sells shares in Asseco

Cyfrowy Polsat announces that it has completed the sale of the majority of its shares in Asseco Poland, representing a 9.99% stake in its share capital. The transaction is part of Cyfrowy Polsat's ongoing strategy to further strengthen its operations in strategic areas and focus on its key pillars. The buyer of the shares is Yukon Blue Kapital B.V.  According to the published current report, the number of shares sold is 8,300,029 and the price per share was PLN 85. The value of the entire transaction is over PLN 705 million.

More than 24 million people in Poland within reach of Plus' fixed-line internet

Plus is continuously expanding its fixed internet coverage, offering multimedia network access in more locations. Currently, over 24 million residents in 11 million homes and apartments in Poland can use Plus's fast home Internet.

Nearly 11 million households and over 24 million residents in Poland have access to Plus' fast and reliable fixed Internet. Collaboration with Polish Open Fiber has allowed Plus to extend its fixed Internet coverage by 2.1 million homes and apartments.

Polsat-Interia Group Internet Leader in 2024

Polsat-Interia Group is the number one Internet publisher in Poland for 2024. According to Mediapanel research, Interia, together with Polsat's web services, achieved the highest reach (RU) five times in the last twelve months, the most in the market. In December, Polsat-Interia Group, with a result of 20.72 million RU, surpassed RAS Polska Group, Onet (20.63 million RU), and Wirtualna Polska Group (20.60 million RU).

National handball returns to Polsat Television

Telewizja Polsat and the Handball Association of Poland have signed a multi-year agreement for the broadcast of matches of the Polish Women's and Men's National Teams, the ORLEN Cup of Poland for handball players and handball players and the ORLEN Summer Superliga tournament in beach handball for ladies and gentlemen. Polsat Plus Group and ZE PAK Group begin green hydrogen production in Konin

Polsat Plus Group and ZE PAK Group's green hydrogen production electrolysis plant has been launched in Konin. Thus, the full value chain of the green hydrogen economy of Polsat Plus Group and ZE PAK Group is now in operation. The production of zero-emission fuel uses a 2.5 MW electrolyser in the PEM technology, which enables the production of approximately 1,000 kg of green hydrogen per day. This amount of hydrogen allows the refuelling of about 40 city hydrogen buses daily.
