The principle was breached incidentally.
The Company's comment on the incidental breach of the above rule:
The Company provides live webcasts of the General Meetings and makes available on its website recordings of the General Meetings. Given the nature of the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting convened for October 8, 2024, the Company believes that the presence of the media could have been a disruption to the orderly conduct of the meeting.
There have been no incidents of non-compliance with this rule in the past two years.
