The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (Company), informs that on 26 January 2009 it received information that entities related to the members of the Management Board sold in the standard session transaction:

  1. 6,000 shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. at the price of PLN 14.20 per share on 22 January 2009;
  2. 26,500 shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. at the price of PLN 14.10 per share on 23 January 2009;
  3. 4,000 shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. at the price of PLN 14.20 per share on 22 January 2009;
  4. 38,060 shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. at the price of PLN 14.10 per share on 23 January 2009;
  5. 200 shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. at the price of PLN 14.14 per share on 23 January 2009;
  6. 2,740 shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. at the price of PLN 14.19 per share on 23 January 2009
  7. 1,250 shares of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. at the price of PLN 14.20 per share on 23 January 2009
