The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the "Company') hereby informs, that on June 17, 2020 it was notified about the registration on June 16, 2020 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Business Division for the National Court Register of the amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company.
The Articles of Association of the Company were amended based on the resolution number 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on May 25, 2020 in such a way that the existing wording of the Company’s Articles of Associations was repealed in whole and the new wording was adopted as presented in an annex attached hereto.
