Google Cloud and Polsat Plus Group announce strategic partnership

Google Cloud and Polsat Plus Group (GPP) have announced strategic partnership where Google will sign its first, in Poland, agreement for the purchase of clean and green electricity. Thanks to implementing the Google Cloud solutions, Polsat Plus Group will in turn accelerate its technological development and digital transformation.

Plus expands 5G Ultra coverage

Already 4.2 million Polish residents in range of 5G Ultra network, more than 20 million in range of 5G

Plus, the leader in 5G technology, which already has more than 20 million Polish residents in range, launched 5G Ultra, an even faster mobile Internet, in mid-June. More than a month after the launch, the fiber-fast Internet technology is available to over 4.2 million Polish residents in 171 towns and cities, thanks to nearly 700 base stations. At the same time, Plus is expanding its range of devices supporting 5G Ultra.

Credit facilities agreement between Polsat Plus Group and a consortium of financial institutions

Polsat Plus Group concluded a Senior Facilities Agreement with a consortium of Polish and foreign financial institutions which will be utilized for investment projects, the repayment in full of the indebtedness under the previous credit facilities and the financing of general corporate needs.  The agreements concluded are linked with sustainable development goals pursued by Polsat Plus Group through environmental, social and corporate governance activities. The credit facilities will be in zlotys and euros, with a final repayment date of 2028.

More than 20 million people in Poland live within the coverage area of Plus’s 5G network

Plus has been expanding the coverage its 5G network. Access to this fastest 5G network, with nearly 3500 base stations, can be enjoyed by more than 20 million people in nearly 1000 towns and places all over the country.

Largest issuance of private company corporate bonds in Polish zloty

Polsat Plus Group is the first Polish company issuing Sustainability-Linked Bonds according to the international ICMA (International Capital Market Association) standard. This is the largest issuance of corporate bonds by a private company in the history of the Polish zloty capital market (PLN 2.67 billion). The funds from the bond issue will support the implementation of Polsat Plus Group's Strategy 2023+, particularly the achievement of its goal to install 1,000 MW of clean energy generation capacity.

Polsat Plus Group named Company of the Year at the Economic Forum in Karpacz

NesoBus – premiere of a Polish hydrogen-powered bus

NesoBus is a brand new, zero-emission, hydrogen-powered city bus from Poland. Powered by green hydrogen it is the most ecological city transport bus. It has been created by Polish designers and engineers, working together with partners from Europe and from other parts of the world. The bus is 12-meters-long and can carry up to 93 passengers, which includes 37 seats. Its operating range is around 450 km on one tank. It does not emit any exhaust fumes but purifies the air, with vapor being the only emission.

ZE PAK and Ørsted jointly apply for locations for farms in the Baltic Sea

ZE PAK, one of the leaders of energy transition in Poland and Ørsted, a global leader in offshore energy, submitted first applications for granting location permits for the construction of wind farms on the Baltic Sea. Next applications will be submitted soon. Thanks to joining forces, PAK and Ørsted will be able to quickly and effectively build farms and deliver pure and green energy to Polish homes and companies.
