Sending electronic documents is environmentally friendly and customers benefit from being able to better monitor their payments and settlements. Subscribers see their documents immediately and can save them on their computers. The documents, accessible at any time and place, are sent exclusively to private e-mail addresses provided by subscribers, which guarantees security of their transfer. To improve customers’ comfort and convenience, Polkomtel makes e-invoices available to them either through the Plus website (where they can log in) or by sending e-invoices to e-mail addresses specified by customers.
