The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the Company) hereby publishes the content of a letter delivered to the Company on 13 March 2014 from TiVi Foundation, a dominant entity of the Company's majority shareholder Pola Investments Ltd. with its registered office in Nicosia. The letter refers to the status of Mr. Zygmunt Solorz-Żak as the entity dominant for TiVi Foundation, within the meaning of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005 (ustawa z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych), and therefore being a dominant entity for the Company, indirectly through the Foundation and Pola Investments Ltd.
