New launch of Plus and Polsat Box – all services in a simple offer, and bundling services has never been easier or more beneficial

Date

Plus and Polsat Box are launching a new chapter – for and with their customers. This is a response to common questions and dilemmas: how much does it really cost, how much will I pay for two or three services? Now, choosing and combining services – fiber internet, TV, mobile internet, mobile subscription, and streaming – will be even easier, more convenient, better tailored to customer needs, and more attractively priced. Starting June 2, the offer will be available to both new and existing customers, featuring simple S, M, and L subscriptions and clear, transparent bundling rules.

“Our new offer addresses what today’s customer wants and needs. It should be simple, understandable, and ideally all in one place. That’s how we save – both time and money. We say it clearly – bundle services and benefit from it,” says Michał Sobolewski, Vice President of the Management Board of Plus, Polsat Plus Group.

A new launch in practice – simple offer, clear rules

According to a study conducted for Plus titled “In the jungle of offers. How do Poles shop?”*, 50% of respondents said the number of products and services available today is often overwhelming.

As a result, many consumers opt for the simplest and quickest solutions.

That’s exactly what Plus and Polsat Box have prepared for their customers. Both brands are introducing simple and beneficial S, M, and L plans covering all key services: fiber internet, TV, mobile internet, and mobile subscription.

Crème de la crème of the new launch – simple Bundled Services Offer

70% of respondents admitted that when buying various products and services, they choose the simplest and most understandable options. A dominant group (59%) is aware that bundling services is cheaper than buying them separately.

That’s why Plus and Polsat Box are introducing simple rules for bundling key services: fiber internet, TV, mobile internet, mobile subscription, and streaming.

For M plans, it looks like this:

  • Two selected services for a total of PLN 80 /month;
  • Each additional service is only PLN 30 /month (after discounts);
  • Two streaming services (Disney+, SkyShowtime, Max, Polsat Box Go Sport, and Polsat Box Go Premium) for PLN 30 /month (another two also for PLN 30);
  • When combining a mobile subscription with another service, the data allowance increases from 60 GB to 180 GB.

For L plans:

Previously, upgrading to a higher plan meant an additional fee for each service separately. With the new offer, Plus and Polsat Box are completely changing the game and challenging market standards:

  • For PLN 30 /month, all selected M services can be upgraded to L. This means, for example, faster fiber internet – up to 1 Gb/s, more TV channels – up to 142, and unlimited mobile internet access.

So, for example – using fiber internet and a mobile subscription in M for PLN 30, both services can be upgraded to L. This gives you fiber internet up to 1 Gb/s and a mobile subscription with unlimited internet access.

Offer – when customers buy individual services

The new offer is designed with simplicity in mind – it’s also possible to use individual services. Importantly, the monthly fee remains fixed throughout the contract period. A standout feature in the L option is unlimited internet access in both mobile subscription and mobile internet. Another highlight for TV is access to Polsat Sport Premium, Eleven Sports, and Cinemax channels at no extra cost.

For internet connections not belonging to the Polsat Plus Group and for single-family housing, the subscription fee is PLN 20/month higher.

Choose your comprehensive package

Thanks to these changes, selecting and managing telecom services will be even more transparent, intuitive, and above all – cost-effective.
