Introduction Company's shares to trade on the stock exchange

The Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (Company) informs that the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) by the Resolution No. 326/2008 of 30 April 2008 resolved:

 

  1. to introduce, as of 6 May 2008, into trade on the stock exchange on the primary market the following bearer Company shares of face value of PLN 0.04 each, marked by the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. with the code: PLCFRPT00013:
    a) 75,000,000 ordinary shares E series,
    b) 5,825,000 ordinary shares F series,
  2. quote the shares of the Company in a continuous listing system under the short name of CYFRPLSAT and the ticker: CPS.

Due to the above the first day of trade in the shares of the Company shall be 6 May 2008.
