The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 22 December 2025 the Company received a notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. (“NN PTE”), submitted pursuant to Article 69 in connection with Article 87(1)(2b) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organised Trading System and on Public Companies. The notification states that as a result of the sale of the Company’s shares in transactions executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 15 December 2025, the funds managed by NN PTE have reduced their aggregate shareholding in the Company below 5% of the total votes at the General Meeting of the Company.
