The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the “Company”) informs about a change in the publication date of the standalone annual report and the consolidated annual report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The new publication date of these reports has been scheduled for 29 April 2026.
All other dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2026 remain unchanged.
Legal basis: Article 56 Section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies in conjunction with § 84 Section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State.
