The Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (Company) hereby informs that on 19 May 2008 UBS Limited, (Stabilization Manager), advised the Company and Polaris Finance B.V. (The Selling Shareholder), that it shall not undertake any stabilization activities due to the global offering run by the Selling Shareholder for 67,081,250 of the existing E series shares of the Company (Offered Shares), and that it shall not exercise the sales option of the Company shares to the Selling Shareholder in the amount of 10% of all the Shares Offered (Option).Moreover, the Stabilization Manager advised the Company that not stabilization activities were undertaken in the period from 6 May 2008 (the commencement of the stabilization period) until 19 May (cancellation of stabilization activities - end of stabilization period).The Company advised of entering into the Sub-issue Agreement and granting the Option in the current report No. 5/2008 dated 25 April 2008.
