The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 23 December 2021 the Company, as a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company, notified of a transaction on financial instruments issued by the Company pursuant to Article 19 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (the “MAR Regulation”).

Moreover, on 23 December 2021 the Company received a notification pursuant to Article 19 section 1 of MAR of a transaction on financial instruments issued by the Company from Embud 2 Sp. z o.o. S.K.A., a person closely associated with a person discharging managerial responsibilities at the Company.
