Instead of complex packages, thresholds, and exceptions, customers now get one simple rule: PLN 1 = 1 day = 10 GB of data plus unlimited calls, SMS, and MMS.
The end of complex packages
The new offer is based on a straightforward principle: every PLN 1 top-up provides 10 GB of mobile data for one day, along with unlimited calls, SMS, and MMS. By topping up their account with a chosen amount, customers decide how long they want the service to remain active and how much data they need.
In practice, the new solution replaces the previous offer, which relied on multiple packages. Under the new model, a PLN 2 top-up provides 20 GB for two days, PLN 10 provides 100 GB for 10 days, while the maximum top-up of PLN 30 translates into 300 GB for 30 days.
Simple and affordable – prepaid on new terms
The change reflects growing consumer demand for simple and transparent solutions. According to the report “In the Maze of Products and Offers. How Poles Make Choices?” commissioned by Plus last year, half of respondents consider an excessive range of service options overwhelming, while 70% say that simplicity and clarity are the most important factors when making purchasing decisions.
As a result, Plus is moving away from a system of packages and promotions in favor of a model that gives users greater flexibility and full control over how they use mobile services.
How to use the new offer
The new offer is available to both existing and new customers. New users can purchase a PLN 5 starter pack, which includes 50 GB of data for 5 days as well as unlimited calls, SMS, and MMS. Once the starter package expires, customers can switch to the PLN 1 = 1 day = 10 GB model simply by topping up their account with their chosen amount.
The new offer is designed for people who value flexibility, freedom from long-term commitments, and control over their spending. Users can now decide exactly how much data they need and how long they want to use it.
