The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 16 July 2026 the Company received a letter from TiVi Foundation, with its registered office in Ruggell, Liechtenstein (“TiVi Foundation”), the entity controlling the Company within the meaning of Article 4 Section 14 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies. The Company hereby discloses to the public the content of the received letter, attached to this current report.
