The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 10 September 2026 the Company received a letter from TiVi Foundation, with its registered office in Ruggell, Liechtenstein (“TiVi Foundation”), the entity controlling the Company within the meaning of Article 4 Section 14 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, with a statement of the Solorz-Żak family.
The Company hereby discloses to the public the content of both received documents, attached to this current report.
