The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 25 June 2026 the Company received a letter from TiVi Foundation, with its registered office in Ruggell, Liechtenstein (“TiVi Foundation”), the entity controlling the Company within the meaning of Article 4 Section 14 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies, in response to the letter of Mr Zygmunt Solorz dated 17 June 2026, addressed to the shareholders of the Company.
Concurrently, in connection with the letter received from TiVi Foundation and the letters published by Mr Zygmunt Solorz and Ms Justyna Kulka, the Company issued a statement.
The Company attaches the letter received from TiVi Foundation and its statement to this current report.
