The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the "Company") hereby discloses to the public the information provided to a shareholder on 6 July 2026, pursuant to Article 428 §5 in conjunction with Article 428 §1 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code. b) Were similar consents granted by the Supervisory Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. in connection with:
i. Andrzej Abramczuk (a member of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. since 22 July 2025) serving on the management boards of Embud 2 sp. z o.o. and Kalahari 2 sp. z o.o.? If so, when were such consents granted?
ii. Bartłomiej Drywa (a member of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. since 29 December 2025) serving on the management boards of ZE PAK S.A., Jet Story sp. z o.o. and Blue Jet Charters sp. z o.o.? If so, when were such consents granted?
Response provided:
a) Yes, the Company's Supervisory Board granted its consent for Mr. Piotr Żak to serve as a member of the Management Board of ZE PAK S.A. on 29 December 2025, with effect from the date of his appointment to the Management Board of ZE PAK S.A.
b)
i. Yes, the Company's Supervisory Board granted its consent for Mr. Andrzej Abramczuk to serve as a member of the management boards of Embud 2 sp. z o.o. and Kalahari 2 sp. z o.o. on 6 July 2026, with effect from the date of his appointment.
ii. Yes, the Company's Supervisory Board granted its consent for Mr. Bartłomiej Drywa to serve as a member of the Management Board of ZE PAK S.A. and as a member of the management boards of Blue Jet Charters sp. z o.o. and Jet Story sp. z o.o. on 6 July 2026, with effect from the date of his appointment.
