Change in the CFO Position at Polsat Plus Group. Anna Miller-Pytlak appointed a new Management Board member responsible for Finance

On 24 July 2026, Katarzyna Ostap-Tomann submitted her resignation as Member of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat responsible for the finances of Polsat Plus Group, effective as of 31 July 2026. Her decision is related to pursuing further career opportunities outside Polsat Plus Group. Anna Miller-Pytlak, currently Deputy CFO and a member of the Polsat Plus Group team for the past 17 years, has been appointed as the new Management Board Member and Chief Financial Officer. 

Katarzyna Ostap-Tomann will remain with Polsat Plus Group in an advisory capacity until 30 September 2026 to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. The role of Deputy CFO has been assumed by Eryk Walkiewicz, who has been with Polsat Plus Group for more than 30 years and is responsible for finance acquisition and the management of the Group’s day-to-day liquidity.

Anna Miller-Pytlak has been associated with Polsat Plus Group for 17 years. Most recently, she served as Deputy CFO, overseeing, among others, management reporting, financial data consolidation, financial reporting, cost control and the development of tools supporting the Group’s financial efficiency. She has participated in key strategic projects, including the integration of financial processes, the standardisation of management accounting principles and the implementation of new reporting models. She has also been actively involved in investor communications, acquisition projects and financing transactions. She has extensive expertise in management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and financial analysis. 

Anna Miller-Pytlak has worked in the TMT sector throughout her professional career and has held key management positions within Polsat Plus Group since 2016. She headed the Financial Reporting and Control Department and, in recent years, additionally served as Deputy CFO. Since 2010, she has been associated with Sferia S.A., becoming President of its Management Board in 2012. Between 2016 and 2021, she served as a Member of the Management Board of Aero 2. Since 2025, she has held the position of Vice President of the Management Board of Archiplex Sp. z o.o. She also serves on the Supervisory Board of Interphone Services Sp. z o.o.

Between 2007 and 2009, she worked as a Financial Controller at CenterNET S.A. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2007, she was employed at Netia S.A., where she was responsible for financial analysis and management accounting activities.

She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Management and Marketing and holds a European MBA awarded jointly by the University of Bradford and the Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management.
